GHST was initiated as DAICO (DAO Governance Token Sale), which means that the funds raised are managed by the community. GHST is described as a DeFi-enabled crypto collectible project that allows users to collect, compete, and combine their Aavegotchis for a gamified DeFi experience. GHST is an ERC-20 native functional token in the Aavegotchi ecosystem, and has the following use cases: Payment: GHST is used as the base currency to purchase various digital assets, such as Aavegotchi Portals, wearable equipment, consumables and collectibles. Mortgage: Players need to mortgage GHST tokens to generate REALM (which represents the land of the Kingdom of Aavegotchi) to demonstrate economic investment in the ecosystem and prevent malicious behavior. Governance: GHST will be rewarded to users who participate in governance behaviors in AavegotchiDAO. Project Introduction Aavegotchi based on Aave is an ERC-721 non-homogeneous token (NFT), which is generated by collateralizing various supported ERC-20 tokens. A series of functions introduced in the Aavegotchi ecosystem include token mortgage, dynamic token rarity, rarity mining, and game mechanisms managed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). Aavegotchis have three attributes that determine their overall rarity and value, including: Spirit Force: Each Aavegotchi NFT manages an escrow contract address, which holds the ERC-20 collateral supported by Aave, called Spirit Force, and its collection is represented by aToken. aToken is an interest-bearing derivative token, which is minted and destroyed when the collateral is deposited and redeemed. Features: Aavegotchis can have a variety of features. These characteristics affect their rarity, performance in mini-games and the wearable equipment they can be equipped with. Some features are randomly generated at birth, while others depend on the user's interaction with Aavegotchis. Wearable equipment: In addition to managing aToken, Aavegotchi can also manage the NFT assets of the sub-level ERC-721 or ERC-1155, which is called wearable equipment in the Aavegotchi ecosystem. Some wearable equipment can increase or decrease certain characteristics of Aavegotchi.
