To apply for the Bitget Wallet Card, simply update your Bitget Wallet app to the latest version. Then, go to “Wallet” > “Card” and tap “Apply now”. Only seed phrase wallets or MPC wallets are supported. Private key wallets are not currently supported.

How to apply and verify my identity?

Setting a card PIN is optional. In some regions, transactions over a certain amount require PIN verification. The limit varies by region. This PIN is not your card's password, you can set it only if needed. To set your PIN, go to "Card" > "Manage" > "Set card PIN".

Currently, you can only deposit USDC via the Base network and spend directly from the card.
If you signed up for your card using a seed phrase wallet or social login, you do not pay any gas fees. Only MPC-wallet applicants have to pay a minor gas fee when topping up.

Top-up FAQ

On "Home", tap the "Referral Center" icon in the top-right corner. Tap "Use referral code", then enter your code to bind it.

How to use a referral code

You do not need to pay monthly or annual fees, and top-up is free. There is only a 0.1 USD card activation fee. There may be a minor fee for foreign exchange and gas. Plus, minimal gas fees still apply to all on-chain transactions. Here is a detailed breakdown:

To set up Apple Pay, you'll need:
Your card details, including the card number, CVV, and expiry date.
An iOS device that's compatible with Apple Pay (check compatibility here: https://support.apple.com/en-nz/102896)

Adding your card to Apple Pay

Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
Tap the "+ Add to Wallet" button.
Follow the steps to add your Bitget Wallet Card details, and read and agree to the terms and conditions.
For security reasons, you may receive a verification code via text to your registered mobile number to complete your identity verification.
Once your card has been successfully added and activated, you will see an on-screen confirmation, and receive a text on your registered mobile number.
You can add the same card to multiple Android devices.

30–45 business days: special cases. We will support you throughout the entire process.
No refund fees apply. Refunds are settled at the real-time exchange rate and may involve minor FX differences.

Refunds and cash withdrawals

Even if you lose access to your wallet (e.g., by losing or forgetting your seed phrase), you can still use your card for spending as usual. However, you won't be able to recover your card account or make deposits and withdrawals. Make sure to keep your wallet safe.

Lost seed phrase and card freezing

There are no extra transaction fees when you use the card for purchases. There’s no fee for spending in USD.  
Spending in non-USD currencies has a 1.7% conversion fee. There may also be a small difference from Mastercard’s real-time exchange rate. These fees are automatically deducted when you make the transaction.
