About Aave

Through the improvement proposal (AIP1), Aave will convert the Aave platform token LEND to AAVE at a ratio of 100:1 on October 3, 2020 (block height 10978863). Aave is an open source decentralized lending protocol that provides users with deposit and lending services. The deposit interest rate and loan interest rate of both borrowers and lenders are calculated through algorithms based on the platform's borrowing volume and deposit volume, and the platform uses Chainlink's oracles to ensure the fairness of the collateral price. Project Introduction In September 2018, ETHLend was renamed Aave. "Aave" is a Finnish word that means "ghost". "Ghost" represents Aave's efforts to create a transparent and open infrastructure for decentralized finance. Headquartered in London, UK, Aave is composed of 18 innovative and creative industry leaders. ETHLend ETHLend is a decentralized p2p lending platform that allows people all over the world to obtain loans or become lenders. As a decentralized platform, using blockchain technology, we can allow you to obtain loans or financing in a safe manner within minutes. Since the first release, many features have been added, such as Bitcoin as collateral, crowdfunding, partial collateral calls, new currencies such as stable coins, more than 150+ ERC20 collateral and more. Aave payment Aave Pay is a service that allows European users to pay in Fiat (currently Euro) using their favorite cryptocurrency (LEND, DAI, BTC, ETH, ADA, LTC, BCH, XLM, XRP, USDT, KCS, and BNB). With this service, users can get a loan in ETHLend, and then send it directly to their bank account, or cash out the password directly, instead of going through a complicated process, just send a transaction. Decentralized loan pool The Aave Decentralized Lending Pool is a supplement to the ETHLend P2P lending model and is a new and improved lending model. Under this new loan model, users will be able to become lenders and borrowers, simply deposit assets in the pool, and obtain passive income from the assets they hold, and they can also use them as collateral for lending. Compared with similar lending models, our DLPs will have new features and improvements. They can be used as borrowers to exchange between fixed and variable interest rates at any time, and provide an open source agreement that allows anyone to build and pass on DLPs Our client uses the service and directly uses the ABI API of the smart contract.
