Getting Started with Bitget Wallet Lite on Telegram

We’ll soon be adding even more features like wallet import, token swaps, DApp interaction, social gifting, and more to make Web3 even easier for Telegram users. Follow this guide to start using Bitget Wallet Lite now!
Step 1: Access Bitget Wallet Lite
Search for @BitgetWallet_TGBot in Telegram or click on
Bitget Wallet Lite to open the bot.
Step 2: Create Your Wallet
Tap
Create wallet, set and confirm your PIN code, and you’re all set. The wallet is automatically linked to your Telegram account, so you can access it from any device you log in to. Your seed phrases are securely backed up to the cloud, allowing you convenient access without needing to store them manually.
Step 3: Switch Between Mainnets
Currently, Bitget Wallet Lite supports multiple popular mainnets, such as TON, Ethereum, Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche C, Optimism, Morph, etc., and will support 100+ mainnets in the future. Switching between mainnets allows you to view your assets on each blockchain or copy the specific wallet address associated with the selected mainnet.
Step 4: Deposit and Send Tokens
1) To send tokens, tap
Send, select the mainnet where your chosen asset is held, and scroll down to find it. You can also use the search function to locate the asset by name or contract address. After selecting the asset, enter the transfer amount, recipient’s wallet address, confirm the details, and enter your PIN to complete the transaction.
2) To deposit tokens, click on
Receive, select the mainnet, and choose any currency. All assets on the same mainnet share the same receiving address, so you only need to select the mainnet once. To share the receiving address, tap
Share and send it directly to your friends on Telegram.
Step 5: Use Fiat To Buy Cryptocurrencies
If you don't hold any cryptocurrency yet, you can use the OTC function to purchase cryptocurrency using 43 + fiat currencies. We offer multiple payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, etc.
1) Click "Buy crypto" to enter, select the type of fiat currency you want to use and the cryptocurrency you are about to purchase.
2) Enter the amount of fiat currency purchased, and the optimal OTC channel will be automatically matched below, displaying the amount of cryptocurrency you can exchange.
3) Click "Buy", enter the PIN code to complete the transaction, and wait for the cryptocurrency to complete the transfer.
Step 6: View Transaction History
You can view your transaction history directly in the bot, making it easy to keep track of your recent transactions.
Step 7: Import Wallet into Bitget Wallet App
Currently, Bitget Wallet Lite doesn’t support some features like swaps or live token prices. If you’d like to access these advanced options, you can import your wallet into the Bitget Wallet app. To do this, follow these 3 steps:
1) In Bitget Wallet Lite, go to
Settings >
Export mnemonic, enter your PIN, and copy your mnemonic key.
2) Download the
Bitget Wallet App via the
Swap >
Go to app button.
3) After downloading the Bitget Wallet App, open the app, select
Import Wallet >
Mnemonic/private key wallet, paste your mnemonic words, and
Confirm to complete the import.
