Yes. Security is ensured through a combination of cryptographic proofs, VDFs, and decentralized plot storage. The open-source architecture allows community audits, and participation is permissionless, reducing centralization risk.

Archivas: Project Guide | Latest Updates, Presale & Airdrop

Q: What is the Purpose of Archivas?

Archivas aims to create a sustainable Layer-1 blockchain that reduces energy consumption while enabling fair and secure participation. It empowers developers to build decentralized applications and allows users to earn rewards using unused disk space.

Q: How Can I Participate in Archivas's Ecosystem?

1.Allocate disk space and run a farmer node to generate plots. 2.Participate in block validation to earn RCHV tokens. 3.Use developer APIs or SDKs to create apps on the Archivas network. 4.Monitor network health via the block explorer or dashboards.

Q: What Sets Archivas Apart from Competitors?

Unlike traditional Proof-of-Work blockchains, Archivas is energy-efficient and storage-based, making it accessible and environmentally friendly. Its combination of VDFs and PoST ensures fair consensus, while developer tools simplify building decentralized applications.

Q: What are the Risks Associated with Archivas?

•Storage hardware failure could impact farming efficiency. •As a new Layer-1 blockchain, network adoption and liquidity may fluctuate. •Smart contract and API integration risks exist for developers. •Price volatility of RCHV tokens.

What is Archivas?

Archivas is a Layer-1 blockchain that combines Proof-of-Space (disk storage commitment) with Verifiable Delay Functions (VDFs) to achieve fair and energy-efficient consensus. Unlike traditional Proof-of-Work blockchains, Archivas reduces energy consumption by relying on allocated disk space rather than computational power. Its design allows developers and participants to interact through APIs and participate in the network using storage resources.

How Does Archivas Work?

Archivas works through Proof-of-Space-and-Time (PoST). Participants, called farmers, allocate disk space to generate cryptographic plots. These plots act as “lottery tickets” for block validation. VDFs enforce verifiable, sequential time to guarantee fairness in block creation. Blocks are added approximately every 20–30 seconds, with successful farmers earning RCHV tokens as rewards. APIs and SDKs allow developers to integrate applications and monitor the blockchain efficiently.

What Makes Archivas Unique?

•Uses disk space instead of energy-intensive mining, making it environmentally friendly.
•Implements VDF-based consensus, ensuring fairness and verifiable timing.
•Offers developer APIs and SDKs for building apps and automated node synchronization.
•Supports decentralized applications with low transaction fees (~0.001 RCHV).
•Accessible to anyone with storage space, lowering barriers for participation.

Who Are the Founders of Archivas?

The project was founded by a team of blockchain engineers and cryptography experts (individuals not publicly listed). The development emphasizes open-source transparency, with repositories available for community review on GitHub.

RCHV Price Prediction

Predicting the price is difficult as the token is early-stage. If adoption grows and the mainnet launches successfully, RCHV could stabilize as a utility token in the storage/farming ecosystem. No official price forecasts are available.

How to buy RCHV?

1.Visit the Archivas official website
2.Connect your Bitget Wallet account
3.Choose a supported stablecoin or cryptocurrency (e.g., USDC) to use for the presale contribution. Bitget Wallet supports over 1 million tokens across multiple networks.
4.Complete the required participation phase, including whitelist priority (if eligible) or general sale.
5.Upon the Token Generation Event (TGE), $RCHV tokens will be distributed directly to your wallet.
