What is ZKValidator?

ZKValidator is a purpose-driven validator focused on championing privacy and zero-knowledge technology across the blockchain ecosystem. Founded in 2020, it operates validator nodes across multiple Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks, including Cosmos, Polkadot, Kusama, and NEAR. The organization uses rewards generated from validation to support zero-knowledge initiatives and aims to drive value back into PoS networks by ensuring the latest zero-knowledge research and emerging standards are included at the protocol level.

How Does ZKValidator Work?

ZKValidator operates by running validator nodes on various PoS blockchain networks. Validators are responsible for securing the network by validating transactions and producing new blocks. By participating in network governance, ZKValidator influences protocol upgrades and promotes the integration of zero-knowledge technologies. The rewards earned from these validation activities are reinvested into privacy-focused research and development initiatives.
