Symbiotic

Symbiotic aims to provide a shared security mechanism through its restaking protocol, enabling decentralized networks to enhance their security and bootstrap powerful, fully sovereign ecosystems.

Users can participate by restaking their existing staked ETH or other liquid staking tokens to secure various Actively Validated Services (AVSs) within the Symbiotic ecosystem. This participation not only enhances the security of these services but also allows users to earn additional rewards.

Symbiotic's permissionless and modular architecture allows any AVS to onboard and any staker to participate, providing a universal coordination layer that extends restaking capabilities across multiple blockchains. This flexibility and inclusivity distinguish it from other restaking protocols focused solely on Ethereum.
