Security ultimately depends on implementation, audits, oracle integrity, and operational controls. Public descriptions mention oracle-based pricing/liquidations plus mechanisms such as ADL, alongside a “non-custodial” off-chain matching component that routes orders while settlement/enforcement happens onchain.

Q: What is the Purpose of Cascade?

Cascade’s stated purpose is to offer a single-account, always-on perpetual markets experience—bridging “fintech-style” onboarding (fiat rails) with perps access across multiple market types.

Q: How Can I Participate in Cascade's Ecosystem?

Participation is currently described as invite-only. Users typically join the waitlist and, if eligible, receive an invite code that unlocks First Wave features such as CLS pre-allocations and point earning before broader trading access.

Q: What Sets Cascade Apart from Competitors?

Cascade stands out by pushing a “neo-brokerage” perp model that combines unified margin across markets, 24/7 perpetuals beyond crypto-native exposures (including broader, brokerage-like references), and a product experience designed to feel closer to a mainstream trading app than a typical DeFi derivatives venue—while using an invite-only rollout with points-style participation to bootstrap early liquidity and activity.

Q: What are the Risks Associated with Cascade?

Key risks include: smart contract risk (if/when live), oracle manipulation/latency risk, liquidation/ADL edge cases during volatility, platform maturity risk (early launch), and access risk (invite gating + changing participation rules).

What is Cascade?

Cascade is positioning itself as an autonomous, invite-only neo-brokerage focused on 24/7 perpetual markets. The core pitch is a unified margin account experience that feels familiar to mainstream traders while using crypto-style market infrastructure.

How Does Cascade Work?

Cascade is designed to feel like a brokerage-style trading app while running a perp-first model under the hood, combining unified collateral, multi-market exposure, and flexible onboarding. •Multi-asset perpetual trading UI: One interface for perpetual markets across multiple asset categories.
•Unified margin / collateral: A single collateral pool intended to support positions across supported markets.
•Fiat + stablecoin onboarding: Funding via traditional rails (where available) and stablecoin rails for faster transfers.
•Invite-only “First Wave” pre-launch: Early users can pre-allocate into CLS (a liquidity strategy) to earn reward points before wider trading access goes live.

What Makes Cascade Unique?

Cascade’s differentiation is the “omni-asset” ambition: perps not only for crypto, but also for exposures that resemble equities, commodities, and private-market references—delivered through a single margin account UX. Coverage also highlights “CEX-level experience” goals while keeping settlement/enforcement onchain (per its described architecture).

Who Are the Founders of Cascade?

Public coverage repeatedly identifies a co-founder named Kevin (last name not consistently disclosed in press summaries). Some project databases list “Kevin” as co-founder for Cascade (founded 2025).
•Funding signal: Seed funding publicly reported at $15M, with backers including Polychain Capital, Variant, Coinbase Ventures, and Archetype.
•Go-live guidance (not guaranteed): one report claims mainnet in Q1 2026 with ~10 perps markets initially, expanding over time.
