What is MEV Protocol?

MEV Protocol is a system of products designed to maximize value creation across the validator value chain. Its primary product, mevETH, is an Ethereum Liquid Staking Token (LST) that offers enhanced rewards for staked ETH. The protocol introduces a novel auction system for blockspace allocation, aiming to create new value within the Ethereum network.

How Does MEV Protocol Work?

MEV Protocol operates by integrating a new auction system that allows multiple winners per auction period, differing from the traditional single-winner model. This system enables validators to auction off their blockspaces to the highest bidders, typically block builders or searchers, thereby optimizing the value extracted from each block.

What Makes MEV Protocol Unique?

MEV Protocol stands out due to its innovative auction system that supports multiple winners per slot, enhancing the efficiency and profitability of block validation. Additionally, it offers mevETH, a Liquid Staking Token that provides higher potential rewards for staked ETH, and emphasizes transparency and fairness in block validation processes.

Who Are the Founders of MEV Protocol?

MEV Protocol was developed through a collaboration between pioneers from the first-ever ETH staking service and a leading figure in Ethereum infrastructure. Key team members include Lumberg (Project Lead), Sam Bacha (Chief Architect), and Jake Lee (Ops Lead).
