Relative: Project Guide | Latest Updates, Presale & Airdrop

Q: What is the Purpose of Relative?

The primary goal of Relative is to provide a decentralized platform where users can speculate on the relative performance of two assets, offering a new paradigm for derivatives trading that is agnostic to overall market conditions.

Q: How Can I Participate in Relative's Ecosystem?

Users can participate by joining the open beta on the Polygon Mainnet, engaging in the quest campaign to earn XP, and interacting with the dApp to create Relative Strength Derivatives (RSDs).

Q: What Sets Relative Apart from Competitors?

Relative differentiates itself by focusing on relative value derivatives, allowing users to speculate on the performance difference between two assets, rather than absolute performance, and offering peer-to-peer binary wagers with flexible time periods.

Q: What are the Risks Associated with Relative?

Potential risks include market volatility affecting the performance of assets involved in RSDs, the nascent stage of decentralized binary options/futures markets, and the need for users to understand the mechanics of relative value derivatives.

Relative

What is Relative?

Relative is a decentralized derivatives platform that enables market participants to gain exposure to the relative strength between two assets through the creation of Relative Strength Derivatives (RSDs). This allows users to speculate on the difference in performance between two assets, rather than the absolute performance of a single asset.

How Does Relative Work?

Relative operates by allowing users to create Relative Strength Derivatives (RSDs), which are contracts that let participants wager on the performance difference between two selected assets over a specified period. Users can engage in peer-to-peer binary wagers, where they back their preferred asset to outperform another within a given timeframe.

What Makes Relative Unique?

Relative stands out by offering: 1. Peer-to-Peer Relative Value Binary Wagers: Users can create custom wagers with flexible time periods. 2. Social Challenges: Participants can challenge others on social media platforms for one-on-one asset performance contests. 3. Market Condition Agnosticism: The platform provides opportunities for gains in various market environments, including bearish or sideways markets.
