What is SolStreet?

SolStreet.finance is a non-custodial asset management and investment protocol built on the Solana blockchain. It enables asset managers and traders to launch decentralized investment funds directly to investors, utilizing the deep liquidity provided by the Serum DEX. The protocol allows investors to deposit and withdraw funds into smart contracts managed by asset managers, who can perform asset swap transactions without the ability to withdraw investor funds, ensuring a non-custodial nature of decentralized asset management.

How Does SolStreet Work?

SolStreet operates by allowing anyone to create or invest in decentralized, non-custodial funds. All trades and assets remain verifiably on-chain through the use of the Serum DEX. The protocol facilitates seamless subscriptions and redemptions to and from investment funds at near-zero cost. Asset managers can manage fund portfolios by authorizing asset swap transactions without the ability to withdraw funds, ensuring investor security. The platform utilizes the Serum exchange for asset swaps, providing support for order books and efficient liquidity.

What Makes SolStreet Unique?

SolStreet stands out by offering a simplified fee structure where performance fees are charged only on fund appreciation, subject to a high watermark, eliminating management fees and complex structures. The protocol leverages powerful tokenomic incentives through its STRT token to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Additionally, SolStreet's integration with the Serum DEX allows for efficient asset swaps and deep liquidity, enhancing the overall investment experience.

Who Are the Founders of SolStreet?

SolStreet is developed by a talented team led by 0xab, recent winners of the Solana Season Hackathon's Orca prize with their innovative arbitrage bot, Orca Arb. The team has received strategic seed investment from Invictus Capital, a pioneer in cryptocurrency and blockchain-based asset management, which has assisted in incubating the project with support from their internal teams.
