Select recipient's bank and enter the bank account number. <b>Currently, we only support bank transfers to Nigeria, Mexico, and Bangladesh.</b>
INR (India) and GHS (Ghana) are not supported. If you deposited INR via MoonPay, use "Sell crypto" to off-ramp instead.

Choose token and enter amount to send
Choose the token type to send, then enter the amount in local currency. <b>500 USD per transaction (350 USD when sending in BDT) 1,500 USD daily 10,000 USD monthly</b> Tap "Next".

Confirm transfer details and send
On the confirmation page, you will see the amount that will be deducted from your wallet, and the amount that the recipient will receive based on real-time exchange rates <b>(less a small transaction fee)</b>.
<b>Transfers to bank accounts are irreversible once processed</b>. Please double-check recipient details before confirming. Tap "Pay now" to send.

Transfer time and failed transfers
Most transfers are completed instantly, depending on the recipient's bank processing times.
<b>If a transfer fails, your funds will be safely returned to your wallet within a few minutes.</b> If additional validation is required, it may take up to 1 working day.
<b>Transfer complete on our end but recipient not credited?</b> Most banks credit instantly, but some take up to 1–3 business days. Ask the recipient to check pending transactions. If funds haven't arrived after 3 business days, contact Customer Support with your transaction ID.
