How do I top up my card?
You need to top up your card before you can start using it. On your card's page, <b>tap "Top up"</b>.
Refer to the chart to see the tokens accepted for top-up. You'll also need to hold some native coins on the network you are topping up from to cover gas fees. Once topped up, you can spend directly from your card balance.

FIlling in Travel Rule form
For your first top-up, you will be asked to fill in a Travel Rule form for our payment partner FOMO Pay. This is required as an international standard against money laundering and terrorist financing.
Tap "Submit information" and fill in your details accordingly. Once submitted, you'll be taken back to the "Top up" page.

The card provider has confirmed that your funds have been credited. The top-up will arrive in 3-7 minutes. Please wait patiently.

Can I withdraw my unused funds?
Unused funds cannot be withdrawn.
