How to start P2P trading
Buying crypto via P2P (Peer-to-Peer) trading means you buy directly from another user – giving you <b>greater flexibility, more payment methods, and lower transaction costs.</b>

Choosing payment currency and token to buy
You can choose which fiat currency to pay with, and the crypto you would like to buy.

Filtering P2P orders
You can filter existing P2P orders by:
1. Limit order: Minimum–maximum amount you can buy from the seller.
2. Payment method: The payment modes accepted by the seller.
3. Verified Merchant: Buy from reliable P2P sellers with good records.
Pick the seller you prefer, then select "Buy" to move forward.

Picking a seller
Our P2P platform only presents reputable and secure sellers that offer <b>different quotes and payment methods</b>. For greater peace of mind, tap "Verified merchants" and pick the most favourable one.

Register for Bitget Exchange account
If this is your first P2P transaction, you'll be redirected to register for a Bitget Exchange account and verify your identity. *Even if you already have one, you'll need to re-register.
<b>If you don't find your country on the KYC page, this means that we currently do not support users in your country due to regulations.</b> You can still get crypto using our "Buy crypto" option.

Setting your purchase
Once verified, you'll be redirected back to the P2P page to select your order.
<b>Note</b>: The Receiving Address defaults to the Ethereum (ERC20) network. You may switch this to reduce fees. Always make sure the address matches the network you select.

Complete your P2P order
Follow the prompts to pay the merchant.

Payment verified
Once payment is verified, you will receive your crypto.
You can view and check the status of your P2P transactions on "Home".
