What are stablecoins?
<b>Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies designed to keep their value steady</b>, usually backed by traditional assets like US dollars or gold. USDT, USDC, and DAI are common examples, each pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, making their prices much more stable.
<b>Stablecoin Earn products</b> let you deposit stablecoins into specific DeFi protocols, such as Aave, Venus, and Kamino, to earn steady returns. Because stablecoin prices have little fluctuation, the risk is relatively low and the returns are relatively stable (APY 2%–5%).
