How to manually unstake
After the event, go to the event page and tap "Unstake." Follow the instructions to complete the process. Unstaking also requires a small gas fee.

Why can't I unstake?
1. The transaction may fail if you don’t have enough BNB for gas fees. Please make sure your wallet has a small amount of BNB before unstaking.
2. Using multiple addresses or devices may cause the system to mark your participation as invalid.
If your participation is considered invalid, your staked funds will be returned to your wallet by next Wednesday or Thursday.

Forgot to unstake your USDT?
If you haven't unstaked your USDT, don't worry – we’ll return this to your wallet by the following <b>Wednesday or Thursday</b>. Please be patient.
You can also go to "Wallet" > "History" to check if your funds have been returned.
If you still don't see the funds after Thursday, please contact our Customer Service and we will assist you.
