How do I top up my card?
On the card page, tap "Top up now". Your first top-up creates and activates the card, so no separate activation is needed. The minimum top-up is $10. Multiple tokens and networks are supported, including USDC, USDT, and ETH on networks such as BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, and Solana. Make sure you select the correct token and network in the app before depositing. Sending the wrong token or assets on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

How long does a top-up take?
Once the onchain transaction is confirmed and passes risk review, top-ups typically reflect within a few minutes. Your first top-up (which also creates your card) can occasionally take longer. If so, you will get a push notification once your card is ready.

All balances and spending are denominated in USD. Spending limits may vary by region. To see your card's exact limits, go to "Card" > "Limits" in the Bitget Wallet app.

Can I withdraw unused funds from this card?
No. Funds topped up to this Bitget Wallet Card cannot be withdrawn back to your wallet. You can continue using your remaining card balance for eligible purchases.
