Bitget Wallet Card lets you use your crypto for everyday spending, anytime, anywhere. This Visa debit card is issued by Bitget Wallet and powered by DCS Card Center in Singapore (formerly Diners Club Singapore).
To apply for the card, simply update your Bitget Wallet app to the latest version. Then, go to “Wallet” > “Card” and tap “Apply now”. Only seed phrase wallets or MPC wallets are supported. Private key wallets are not currently supported.

How to apply and verify my identity?

You can link your Bitget Wallet Card to major payment platforms, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can also use it for purchases on leading global e-commerce platforms and at 150M+ Visa merchants worldwide, such as Amazon, TikTok, ChatGPT, Grab, and more.

Linking payment methods or subscription services

Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
Tap the "+ Add to Wallet" button.
Follow the steps to add your Bitget Wallet Card details, and read and agree to the terms and conditions.
For security reasons, you may receive a verification code via text to your registered mobile number to complete your identity verification.
Once your card has been successfully added and activated, you will see an on-screen confirmation, and receive a text on your registered mobile number.
You can add the same card to multiple Android devices.

To set up Apple Pay, you'll need:
Your card details, including the card number, CVV, and expiry date.
An iOS device that's compatible with Apple Pay (check compatibility here: https://support.apple.com/en-nz/102896)

Adding your card to Apple Pay

You need to top up your card before you can start using it. On your card's page, tap "Top up".

Refer to the chart to see the tokens accepted for top-up. You'll also need to hold some native coins on the network you are topping up from to cover gas fees. Once topped up, you can spend directly from your card balance.

You do not need to pay monthly or annual fees, and top-up is free. There may be a minor fee for foreign exchange and gas fees. Here is a detailed breakdown:

Fees

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. If delayed, contact Customer Support. In special cases, processing may take 30–45 business days. We'll assist you throughout the process. No refund fees apply. Refunds are settled at the real-time exchange rate and may involve minor FX differences.

Refunds and cash withdrawals

Even if you lose access to your wallet (e.g., by losing or forgetting your seed phrase), you can still use your card for spending as usual. However, you won't be able to recover your card account or make deposits and withdrawals. Make sure to keep your wallet safe.

Lost seed phrase and card freezing

On "Home", tap the "Referral Center" icon in the top-right corner. Tap "Use referral code", then enter your code to bind it.

"0 Fee" means all fees you pay for card transactions are given back to you as cashback. Covers FX fees, top-up fees, crypto-to-fiat conversion fees, and more.

Bitget Wallet Card users who are citizens or residents (have an employment pass or proof of address) of Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

After purchasing and activating your physical card ($49), you can earn back the full cost by inviting 3 friends. Each friend must bind your referral code, activate a virtual card, and complete their first purchase (any amount). Cashback is credited automatically to your card balance:

Total cashback: $49 — your physical card pays for itself.
