How do I top up my card?
To top up your card, please use USDC on the Arbitrum network. During the top-up, your crypto assets will be automatically converted into the fiat currency you select. The current top-up fee is 1%.
Go to "Card" > "Top up".
Select your desired fiat currency under "Deposit token", enter the amount, and the page will display the transaction fee, exchange rate, and final credited amount.

How do I top up my card?
Since your card supports multiple currencies, <b>to avoid extra conversion losses, we recommend choosing the top-up currency based on your most common usage.</b>
For example, if you mostly spend in USD, consider topping up in USD. If you primarily spend RMB, you can top up directly in RMB.

Can I withdraw unused assets?
Currently, it is not possible to withdraw unspent assets from the card. But we are working on it!

Transferring fiat currency from other platforms
If you top up your Fiat24 account from another exchange (such as Kraken) or from a European bank account, the deposit should appear in your account within 24 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 7 days.
If your deposit is taking longer than expected, please contact Fiat24's customer support.
