What is Zoth?

Zoth is pioneering the integration of Real-World Assets (RWAs) into decentralized finance (DeFi) by introducing the first community-powered restaking layer. This innovative platform bridges traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi, enabling users to access multichain, composable, yield-bearing RWAs. Zoth’s flagship product, ZeUSD, is a permissionless, omnichain, and composable stable token backed by high-quality liquid assets such as U.S. Treasury Bills and ETFs.

How Does Zoth Work?

Zoth operates by allowing users to deposit high-quality on-chain or off-chain real-world assets into a secure collateral vault. A Collateralized Debt Position (CDP) is then created, enabling users to mint ZeUSD tokens proportional to the collateral's value. ZeUSD can be utilized across various DeFi applications, providing liquidity and yield opportunities.

What Makes Zoth Unique?

Zoth introduces the world's first restaking layer for both on-chain and off-chain RWAs, enabling users to convert non-productive RWAs into reward-generating assets. Its multichain access allows for seamless liquidity movement, and its compliant issuance ensures permissionless holding with issuance only via eligible collateral. Additionally, Zoth's DeFi composability allows for integration with DEXs, liquidity pools, and yield farming platforms.

Who Are the Founders of Zoth?

The founding team of Zoth includes individuals with significant experience in the fintech sector, having previously built a $300 million AUM fintech venture at AB InBev, the world's largest brewing company. Specific names and detailed backgrounds are not publicly disclosed.
