Lost your seed phrase?
Even if you lose access to your wallet (e.g., by losing or forgetting your seed phrase), you can still use your card for spending as usual. However, you won't be able to recover your card account or make deposits and withdrawals. Make sure to keep your wallet safe.

Freezing/cancelling my card
Yes. You can suspend your card by going to "Card" > "Manage" > "Freeze card". Once frozen, the card cannot be used for payments. To unfreeze, simply follow the same steps.
Freezing will not affect your ability to deposit to, or withdraw funds from the card.

Transferring card to another wallet
If your wallet's security has been compromised (or hacked), please contact our Customer Support immediately. On "Home", tap your avatar, then tap the "Support" icon in the top-right corner. We'll assist you in transferring your card to a secure wallet.
